"My two children are seen here. We have been to the Lakeland and the Tampa office. The Lakeland office is the busiest but it’s to be expected with the influx of people moving into Polk county. Dr V really cares for his patients. Always have a great experience going here. Some days have longer wait times but again to be expected."

"HORRIBEL OFFICE . GRANDSON WAS SEEN IN THE LAKELAND OFFICE A WEEK AGO AND WE ARE STILL WAITING ON HIS PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE SENT OVER TO THE PHARMACY. CALLED AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL ON EVERY EXTENSION THEY HAVE AND STILL NO CALL BACK AND NO MEDS SENT TO THE PHARMACY . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DR OFFICE"

"Terrible office in Lakeland. The most incompetent unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. They will make everything 10 times worse and will be a complete waste of time. I guarantee they will have no idea why you are there for your appointment. They will not answer the phone and they will not send referrals for MRIs or whatever you need done at a hospital. Absolutely worthless and should be shut down. ..."

"One of thee greatest Dr’s around town. He’s very thorough and definitely spends time with his patients. Yes, you may have to wait a while, but it’s definitely worth it. Seeing how things are going in the medical field, a lot has changed. A lot of Dr’s try to rush you out. But, he still remains the same. He’s a wonderful Dr."
