"I use to go here. Dr'S were good. My daughter and I made the apt 2 mos ago. My daughter insurance was accepted at the time of making our dermatology apt's. Dermotology OFFICE called THE WEEK OF APT. to her phone to remind of us of OUR apt. Dermotology office did not MENTIONED at that time of phone call they NO longer acceptd her insurance! She had to leave work from Seaford picked me up and head to ..."

"Horrible practice that can barely keep doctors employed. Constantly canceling appointments because they have no staff constantly miss scheduling people and or sending them to the wrong office further appointments Then refusing to see the patient even though it’s their fault."

"I showed up for my apmt after driving for 2 hours and was told I didn't have an apmt, who did I talk to, when was it made and that I should have called to confirm and if I didn't recieve a text confirmation, I don't have an appointment. I was shocked and felt like crying and politely begged to be squeezed in. They said no. I'm 75 years old and have never been treated so dismissive like that. I will ..."
