"I received a temporary crown in July, had a mold made and paid my copay and purchased insurance on the crown being made. That was the last I heard about my crown. Repeated calls and several visits to the office got me promises of finding out what happened to my permanent crown. To date none of the four people who promised to help me have even called me to tell me what is going on. It’s November now ..."
