"I read the reviews prior to visiting but I decided to give them a chance anyway.based on My first impression of Dr. Natalia I really thought I found a good doctor. Well, 3 days has passed and she still hasn’t sent my prescription. I can’t reach anyone on the phone. "

"I am so disappointed with Nathalia. I use to think the world of her but after my visit last week I understand why Cano is filing for bankruptcy. What's even worse is that they are no longer patient focused. They want to be like conviva and only serve ages 60 and above and push people lmy age group who is under the age of 60 out the door. I can always find another doctor but if you guys keep pushing ..."

I went yesterday for first time, bronchitis, they didn’t want to see me, for Covid, even-though I had an appointment and felt bad I asked for a covid test , it was negative, the nurses very unpleasant, I gave the address for the pharmacy prescription, I still don’t get it! They didn’t send it, no answer phones ! The worst expierrence"
