"Doctors are amazing but the office staff is terrible. Took forever to get an appointment and my paperwork "Got lost in the shuffle". Then there was a delay in getting insurance approval for an injection and once I got in, I was reassured that more staff had been hired. Called a few weeks later due to my primary care telling me to get the oncologist's opinion. Made an appointment but it never showed ..."

"Good luck getting an appointment scheduled. They do not answer often and will not return calls no matter how many messages you leave. Desk staff was rude and unapologetic. I will be looking to find care elsewhere as no patient should have to “stalk” an office."
