"I got to the clinic at 11:05 am only to be told that doctors are on lunch and will return 12:30pm. I sat in the lobby and waited. At 1:30 pm then my name was called where I was taken my weight and height and was offered a seat in the waiting area. "The check-in staff is awful. They curse in front of patients, dance and sing. They can’t be bothered to help anyone who has any questions. While I was there, there were a few elderly that didn’t know to check in on the iPad, and the staff could care less. Very disappointing. I’ve been going to Campbell Clinic since I was a child. "I was very disappointed in my visit. I went in for foot pain. After looking at my X-ray, the doctor said he could see nothing wrong other than arthritis. He said he "could" put me in a boot, but didn't. He asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up in 3 weeks, which I declined.
