"Had a heart cath. Scheduled forJan9th in December. Never sent us a reminder, never sent the directions that tell you which meds she should take or not. I calledJan7th for the info. Was told be on 4th floor at 830 her procedurewas at 9. Got a call on the way to hospital morning of proceduresaying she was supposed to be there at 6 am. Procedure was about an hour long . Now as it is 6:16 pm been here ..."
