"The staff and dental hygienists are fine, the offices clean and modern, but the primary dentist is uncaring and unprofessional. He refused to treat a damaged tooth with a cavity under a crown. I had been a patient for years. With all the dentists in Boston, you can do much better."

I need a filling years ago; and after the procedure, I kept feeling the local pain of the fixed tooth, sensitive to cold water, and biting food; I was told to wait for several weeks, the symptoms will go away, however, the symptoms never went away, and one small chip fell less than two weeks afterward, so I had to do it again. She is friendly and at 7 years old you shouldn't be scared of the dentist you should be willing to take care of your teeth and wanting to continue you that as you grow-up.
