"Starting off bad, first off I have called more than 5-6 times and no answer. Then the times I do leave a message no one returns my calls. To me that is not professional at all for a place of business. I told the person that I do not have a co-pay and they said they don't know and I need to call my insurance to make sure. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL"
