"Two issues. One: They WILL overbill contracted insurance amounts on specific services and then bill you for any overage specifically on what is deemed as an "emergency visit". So be prepared for that if you use them. They will start collection efforts on the smallest balances even when under insurance dispute. I would NOT recommend them for emergency visits. Only normal services such as routine care ..."
