"Ellen the hygienist was professional and did a thorough job no complaints there. BUT we do have a complaint as to the extra $20 both my wife and I had to pay. We were never told of this. We called and were told this is law due to Covid. If this is LAW why were we not advised prior to our appointment, and at the least when we paid the bill. We are due an explanation and a $ 40 refund."
