"The dismissive behavior of the office manager when I respectfully requested a waiver for the late fee was quite upsetting. Despite my proactive communication about my daughter's impending arrival just 13 minutes past the scheduled time, and explaining that my husband's occasional tardiness is due to being a stroke survivor, no understanding was shown.
