"Very rude and inconsiderate physicians. repeatedly told me to calm down when i explained my discomfort. They really dragged their feet with my rehab plans, had to wait in pain for a long time before getting an MRI (once i switched to another place i recieved an MRI immediately) The physical therapists are nice and knowlegeable but they are helping 2 or 3 people at the same time during my visit. ..."

"My husband went to Buffalo Spine and Sports in November for partial paralysis in his left hand. The PA did not listen to his concerns and sent him to physical therapy and MRI for his back. Didn't address the major concern until the review of results when my husband realized that none of this addressed his hand. She actually said that she didn't listen. So finally he was sent for emg which found ..."

"I tried to make an appointment due to a problem found on an MRI. Because I was involved in a car accident last December, they refused to see me. I guess I thought a doctor’s job was to help people. Guess not. Very frustrated. "
