"If I could give zero star I would. This place is the worst. Staff are never on time opening but make early appointments for clients. Dentist is always late. They upgrade dental services to make money."

"NATALIE THE MANAGER THERE IS VERY UNPROFESSINAL AND RUDE. SHE LAUGHS AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HER MY FRUSTRATION. THEY ARE DIRTY, NOT CLEAN. UNPROFESSINAL, NOT APLOGETIC FOR THEIR MESS UPS. "Broward Dental Mall receptionist are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They seem to forget that we are valuable customers and that a fair treatment and respectful choice of words is a must in the workforce. I was referred from another dental clinic since the dentist was at Broward’s office yet the miscommunication seems to be also in play between offices. Simply a wrecking ball of a business. ..."

"I would give it a 0 star if possible. My Special Needs daughter had a bad toothache on a Saturday and her regular Drs. office wasn't open, I thought i hit gold finding this office and was able to get her in and get her taken care of until they told me she needed an emergency root canal. I let them do the job and paid the $1480.90 they charged and had the job done. now 3 months later and we still ..."

"I brought my mother there to have a removable piece done for her mouth, after putting a deposit down for $250 and several visits and calls, for a job that was supposed to take 3 months to be done; 6 months after nobody knew where the piece was, they would pass the ball from one to another and no real answer was ever given. The staff is not very helpful, they just stand there looking at each other ..."

"The worst place ever. I went there with my son and made us wait 2 and half hours till seen by a female dentist. My son has Dentaquest by Medicaid. And came up saying the insurance won't cover his medium cleaning so We had to pay $125 plus other makeup caveries he doesn't even have. Won't give us a $1000 treatment plan unless I sign their papers. Also wanted $25 for x-ray records for another dentist. ..."

"This non-caring incompetent office butchered my Implant. In fact, for lack of other words, the so-called dentist turned a fitted Crown into a FANG.
