SECOND TIME CHECKING TO SEE IF THEY HAVE EVERYTHING IN ORDER I CALL AND I GET THE SAME RUDENESS AND I HAVE NOT EVEN TAKEN MY MOTHER TO THIS FACILITY. ..."
