"Today, 1 October 2025 my wife had a scheduled ppointment at 1:45 pm with Diana Sanchez. When we arrived we went to the front desk and there was no appointment. My wife goes once every year. Last September 2024 my wife saw Diana Sanchez and she told my wife to come back in one year. I asked Diana Sanchez at the time if I should schedule with the front desk.
