"Avoid at all costs. I was told today that “we are so understaffed right now its unrealistic to expect a timely response on anything” when asking why someone hasn’t followed up on my inquiry from a month ago when they had committed to getting back to me. They admitted they don’t have the right resourcing in place to provide quality care."
