"We were referred to Bright Futures for help with my severely Autistic kiddo, they paired us with Dr. Hetzel who, at first, seemed amazing. We made some med changes and a follow up appointment for 3 weeks out. The week of the follow up appointment I received an email letting me know that Dr. Hetzel was leaving the practice.
