"It was frustrating getting a CD copy of my brain MRI’s (2) for my appointment to neurosurgeon on Monday i Birmingham. I called and spoke to a nice lady who said if I come in after 12:30, I couple get them . I made sure she understood I needed cd’s for two recent MRI’s. She said she’d have them ready. I came in at 1 pm. A lady at the desk had know knowledge of my request for picking up cd’s. ..."
