"At this point I must give them a perfect score. I had knee surgery on December 7th. A lot of time was spent on preparation but they didn't miss anything. I'm doing very well walking 3 days after the surgery. My post stop is December 22nd so I'm going to hold of on my final ratings until then. I was impressed with the facility. It was very clean and orderly; the building looked like it was new! ..."

"Everything was great! On time. Friendly receptionist. Efficient check in nurse. Kind and caring procedure nurses. Made me comfortable with a warm blanket and socks. Anesthesiologist was fine. I had a colonoscopy. The facility was clean. My only problem is they don’t answer the phone. I would go back."

"8/25/23 surgery scheduled for 8:00 AM and from receptionist greeting and ID / Insurance conformation to pre-op admin and clinical testing to anesthesiologist consult to OR care was flawless, organized, symphony of medical staff wizardry….. 100% improvement!!! Since 8/15/23 review. When you deserve it, you’re entitled to it!!"

"Scheduled for 10:30 AM Eye surgery… but delayed……Waiting now over 2.5 hours beyond my appointment time, due to Bridgewater Ambulatory Surgery Center understaffing!!!! for scheduled surgeries!!! UNDERSTAFFED surgical center!!! Who in their right mind would agree to a procedure at this abomination !!! Clear lack of empathy and fundamental organization. I’ve not had the need to pursue 3rd world medical ..."
