"I love the doctors and staff but for the 2nd time a mammogram appointment that has been scheduled for over a year has been canceled due to staffing issues. Very frustrating and inconvenient "

"Fantastic practice. Thorough, kind, professional. I drive an hour to my annual appt. and it’s worth it. Dr. Simpson is very caring. She’s devoted her life to women’s health. Office staff and technicians are kind and compassionate. "

"Dr. Simpson is awesome, but the staff's attitude over the phone and billing are terrible. The customer service is so unprofessional in how they talk to you (it is like they don't like their job). I had an appointment to see Dr. Simpson, but when I came for my appointment, I was told I would be seeing another provider because Dr. Simpson was out that day. I did not think that would change anything ..."

"After years of going here, they have changed and will TRICK YOU into paying $$$$$ for an annual mammogram!!!! They said their machine "changed" somehow but it is the exact same machine with apparently new technlogy where they BILL DIAGNOTIC NOW. I had to pay $500 for a ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE screening. DO NOT GO HERE. i went back and forth with office manager who tried to GASLIGHT me that it's my ..."

"Also the office staff at the front are rude. I was waiting for 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me. I kept calm to see how long they would help. Extremely rude on top of them coding all mammograms as DIAGNOSTIC now $500 for an annual screening. DON"T GO HERE."

"KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIAGNOSTIC AND SCREENING for your mammogram. Your insurance may only pay for SCREENING, as that is what most insurance companies consider part of their “wellness” visits.
