"This is my elderly mother's practice and she has signed the necessary paperwork for her provider to discuss her medical history with me. I have called multiple times over the last couple of weeks and keep getting told that the receptionist will "put a message through" to her provider, yet still nobody has called me back. I thought my mother was exaggerating when she said they never call her back, ..."

"I see Johanna Murphy, good. Practice not so good. They really do not care about their patients. I go once a year for physical. In-between I go as necessary. Well, ya better plan it cause they DO NOT leave space for unexpected illness. To quote "Go to the ED or urga-care" just what I wanted to hear. I miss the private practices, when MDs cared."
