"We are very pleased with our psychiatrist, Dr. Sriram. However, Bowen Center is very unresponsive and unaccomodating. When you call the nurse call center, they don’t answer. If you text the nurse call center, they send an automatic response that the provider has two workdays to respond. Sometimes you’ll get a response in two days and sometimes you get a delayed response or no response at all. ..."
