"2 years ago I got covid and called 2 days in advance to cancel my appointment. The juvenile and naive receptionist, Cathy, still charged me a no show fee. I refused to pay it after the countless times I called and spoke to her. So every month she charged me another fee until she sent me to collections. The front staff is rude and incompetent. They will charge you bogus charges then send you to collections ..."
