"Staffing is rude, horrid, abhorrent attitudes. Egos for days. Make up lies about patients to protect their jobs. Then sick JoJo the manager on you with her confirmation biased attitude cause its her friends. LOL. Wait times on the phone can sometimes be long but it’s because they are always very busy. I use the patient portal more often than not if I need to contact the office and it works out great! "Front staff determines whether you need an appointment. My insurance does not require a referral. If a doctor is accepting new patients I should be able to schedule an appointment without having to disclose my medical info to a random receptionist. This is ridiculous and I plan on speaking to the office manager when I FINALLY get an appointment. DO BETTER!"
