"I have been a patient at the BMC for years and like and the doctors. However, the constant, never ending billing errors and difficulty in making an appt. has made my using the BMC an impossibility. Long hold times, dropped calls, untrained employees, and the "I could care less" attitude of the receptionists are too much to deal with. "Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint against Dr. Audrey Hemmings at the Avista location. I was finally informed today by the patient advocate I have been working with to see if I may switch to Dr. Schultz or Abair for the last few months that I would not be able to be seen at Avista Boulder Medical Center again by anyone due to "incompatibility" with Dr. Hemmings.
