"This was my worst experience. After being 60 minutes an the call to set a simple appointment for eye glasses prescriptions, when we present at the office on the day of appointment, desk person was asking to pay a fee of $50. My mother have never paid for eye glasses test. So, all was said on the call was a lie. "
