"Initial appointment was on 11/14/23. Was called back in twice after so that the technician could remeasure my glasses frames. The first callback was around 11/16/23, and the second was approximately 2 weeks later. I called Bond-Wroten about 2 weeks after that and again at the end of December to see if my lenses were ready, and was told that the lab was still working on them. I called back at the ..."
