"Worse Clinic Ever, I'm already tired with dealing with this Clinic. Every time I call to speak my doctor I get voicemail and more voicemail every time. I keep trying to calling my doctor again, I get voicemail and more voicemail every time again and again. This is so ridiculous. Just to get a referral. Ive been waiting for a few weeks and my therapies has been canceled due to lack of communication ..."

"Every time I go to have blood drawn it is a really long wait. The waiting room is so crowded that it takes an hour and sometimes longer to be called. My friends who go to Bond complain about the same thing. If it so bad now during summer months, what is it going to look like when the snowbirds return? I am considering leaving Bond Clinic and going elsewhere for my medical care. And I am not happy ..."

"My husband who very rarely gets sick (had not taken sick day in 35 yrs) went in with a sore throat and swelling on his left neck. His doctor was too busy to see him even though in 20yrs my husband only sees him once a year for check ups & meds.! Nurse Practitioner sees him & diagnosed him with strep throat! I was furious & requested a week later he be seen by doctor & have testing! He did not have ..."

"Radiology department is terrible. Have a referral from another doctor part of Bond clinic, radiology never calls and sets up appointment. Week later get letter having appointment time already set. Unable to go on that time. Try and call office, after 5 times of noone answering phone finally get a person and change appoint. Five months later.
