"Unable to get a return call to schedule an appointment. Have called 3 times and apparently only one person is able to schedule and does not seem concerned with calling patients back regardless of urgent mental health needs. TERRIBLE service for such a sensitive and urgent issue. People really looking for help with their mental health and this admin staff has no sense of concern at all. "
