"Medication refills for blood pressure meds denied. I was seen 3 mths ago. I requested refills on metoprolol and lisinopril. Initially denied stating I need to schedule a physical. Called in December 23rd at 5pm. I had already been without a few days. The timing obviously made it impossible to obtain this medication. This is not the first incident of failure to provide adequate care. This is just ..."

"After requesting refills and initially denied, I went 2 days without lexapro for obsessive compulsive disorder. Then they called in 30 days right before Christmas rendering it impossible to fill. My Christmas was ruined, and more. I’m dependent on this medication to live a normal life. Not to mention the blood pressure medication they also withheld. I suppose I should be grateful, as they held my ..."
