"It took Dr. Floranda five minutes to correct a five year misdiagnosis by his Bon Secours colleague Dr. Mary Ransom! He simply took me off one medication and three days later I could walk on my own and carry on a conversation. Thank you so much, Dr Floranda! I have not been back to the hospital!"

"The office staff is the worst. Waited 3 months for an appointment, to be on March 4, 2024. I received a phone call 6 days before the appointment date (Tuesday 2-27-24) by someone in the office advising that the nurse practitioner was suddenly unavailable and I needed call & reschedule. I called them back multiple times and got a multitude of excuses why the staff was busy, can't help me now, and ..."

"Worst facility in RVA. Don’t count on EVER calling and getting a human unless you have 45 minutes to an hour to wait on hold. Calls are NEVER returned. When you do reach someone, they could care less that you’ve been on hold for ever and rarely are helpful. Too many other facilities that are courteous and helpful."

"If I could give 0 stars I would...Seriously, if you have any sort of medical issue, you'd be better off at the 7-11 than you would be here! I had an appt over 5 weeks ago...No medicine, no follow up, no return call for 4 messages but you bet I got a bill! You sit on hold for more than 30 minutes before anyone answers the phone (and that's IF their system doesn't hang up on you) and when they do, ..."
