Not the gentlest or bubbliest hygienist I’ve ever seen, but not anywhere near unfriendly or sadistic. It’s clear they take good care of their patients, but that they are also BUSY. "Michelle was my hygienist at my visit - she was very attentive to my needs and sensitivities, talked me through each step of the cleaning/exam process, and repeatedly checked in with me to check on my comfort level.
