"Dr Keith is outstanding! Very caring and helpful but that's where it ends. The office staff is derelict and fails to follow through. Sometimes even rude. Everything seems to be referred to the "office manager" including prescription renewals etc. No one knows who the mgr is or where or when the person can be reached. You are told they will send a message to the mgr but you NEVER get a response. ..."
