"So far I was pleased with my first visit, NP Lance Ward was very easy to talk to and I feel like he listened to me. He gave me some medicine to try but still having problems so not sure we are close to figuring out my problem yet but still have a CT scan to do so will see what that shows up. Hopefully my problem is figured out soon."

"The short story is that they gave me one medication and instructions for a different medication. Luckily I realized the issue but I did not feel safe continuing with my procedure after that and the person I spoke to was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Don't go here if you don't like medical mistakes. Everything is paper and they don't use modern systems. The long story, I went to ..."
