"My brother had an appointment today he has a hard time walking and has to use a walker he was there at his appointment @ 9:03 the receptionist had a hard time getting him checked in and once she did he had to sit in waiting room for another 20 minutes and then they told him they had to reschedule his appointment because he was late!!! When his appointment was for 9:00!!! How is it his fault the lady ..."
