"If I could give no stars I would. I have never had an experience like I have had with this office. I made a appt for a cleaning. I have had 5 appts and still have yet to get a cleaning. First mistake they made was telling me they accept my plan and are in network with it. This office is in fact not in network. "Until I was in my 30's I would not go to the dentist because the visits were so painful. Dr. Dan assured me from that first visit forward he would never hurt me me. And he hasn't! Dr. Jake had big boots to fill, and he is GREAT. You just can't get any better care than what Birch Street Dental offers."
