"I went here yesterday and was looking forward to getting some relief from a lot of health issues. Had to fill out a tremendous amount of forms which was concerning and releasing them from any kind of liabilities of any kind. "I went yesterday for a O3UV therapy treatment that is very expensive. I was so looking forward to this treatment due to a lot of health issues. You have to fill out a lot of forms that are mainly geared toward releasing them from any liabilities that was concerning to me. Then I go for the treatment and the staff is very nice.
