"I went yesterday for a O3UV therapy treatment that is very expensive. I was so looking forward to this treatment due to a lot of health issues. You have to fill out a lot of forms that are mainly geared toward releasing them from any liabilities that was concerning to me. Then I go for the treatment and the staff is very nice.
