"Go someplace with an actual doctor. The nurse practitioners don't know when a bicep is torn from the tendon that you need immediate surgery. They took 2 and a half months to get me in to see him when it was too late to do anything. If you write more than the tiny box they give you to review in, they cut your review."

"I am a patient at this clinic. I went in with an injury that clearly needed to be seen by an orthopoedist. Long story short, I was told I needed to be seen in 4 weeks or the muscle would atrophy (the bicep that was CLEARLY no longer attached to the tendon (it is in the upper left corner of my right arm just hanging there atrophying away). I was made to wait over 2 and a half months to be seen and ..."
