"While I liked the staff and Dr Branton I was very disappointed that after being considered for a procedure to help my lower back pain, I was contacted by a nurse telling me it wasn’t believed to it would be helpful for me. When I asked why this was decided and what other options the Dr might have, she had no information for me. I would have thought I would have at least received a call with an explanation ..."
