"I call and scheduled my free wellness routine physical for work, I arrive 15 minutes early . Am told at checkpoint it will be $30 co pay, I said it’s my work wellness physical Free. I was then told they scheduled me a follow up, not my mistake, yours. They said your ins. Want allow one unless it’s a year , I then got my insurance on the phone, they told them ..she is allowed to get her WELLNESS physical ..."
