"This office consistently shows a complete lack of respect for patients' time. Appointments mean nothing here—the doctor arrives whenever he wants, and even then, only sees patients via video. I had an in-person appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. The doctor finally arrived at 1:20 PM, yet I was still left waiting with no explanation from staff.
