"This dental office is not honest. I had an appointment back in September. I paid my $800 out of pocket . My insurance company notified me that I over paid my dentist. I call the dental office twice to get this resolved. Last I heard on 12-13-24 it would be taken care of. Today 1-24-25, with nothing done I called and office manager gas lights me with dental jargon. "I went to the Bernardo Heights Dental Practice for a six month cleaning and checkup. After a set of X-rays and a cursory exam I was told I required a scaling and a deep cleaning. I was a bit puzzled because I use an electric toothbrush as well as a metal dental pick to remove any plaque in between my teeth. I always schedule an every six month cleaning and exam so I was surprised that I was told that ..."
