"Answer your phone and we can chat. Injured my eye after a fall 3/25. Went thru testing after waiting 3 months to see a doc who said they don’t treat it there need to see retinal specialist which they booked for August 2025 at their Pittsfield Office. Just before my appointment they said I would have to go to specialist in Springfield. I thought the referral had gone thru for an 5/26 appointment. ..."

"Good place but I think they are understaffed with doctors, seems to be a common problem in this area, nobody wants to practice medicine here anymore. That's why many of the negative reviews don't realize this, I have to wait over one year to see them or my PCP."
