"Wait times are ridiculous. Sitting here in the lobby with my 102 year old father who was just discharged from a hospital. It took 20 minutes just to get called with the “privilege” of pre paying for another hour wait!"

"Cx appt and did not call prior. I just arrived at the correct time and was told it was canceled. Called the next day and got disconnected after "saying no one was available to take my call" No problems with the DR only their admin staff needs to be replaced."

"There's never anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment or any other business...then one is disconnected!!! The wait times are very long..pity the elderly and disabled!!! Front staff is poorly managed... always in disarray!!!"

"Terrible overbooking of appointments resulting in Horrendous wait times (Always OVER an hour, sometime 2 hours or more). Constantly rescheduling appointments. Almost impossible to reach by telephone. Never returns phone calls. Most of the personnel are nice, knowledgeable and friendly (although some are not) but the entire operation seems terribly disorganized."
