"Went to hospital for Colonoscopy, my time there was good...all staff did an excellent job. Prior to my test I called the office with questions and had to leave a message. In my message I explained the importance of my symptoms. No one EVER called me back. told the physician of this and there was no response. Called after 5 days after test to see if my results came in and spoke to someone. ..."
