"Because they do not take appointments, waiting time in the office is usually over 2 hours, sometimes 3 hours. The nurse practitioner, Kimberly Hupp has been very rude to me the last couple times I've seen her. I go to her for help and she disrespects me. She gets on me for several minutes at a time. And when I stick up for myself, she gets ruder even to a point of disrespecting me as a patient. Today ..."
