"Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. The only person who treated me with any level of decency was the phlebotomist. The nurse, Brittany, spoke to me in a way that felt patronizing rather than comforting. Dr. Edie Morgan spent only a few minutes with me, documented just 3 of the 20+ symptoms I shared, and dismissed my concerns by saying I was too young for perimenopause, even though ..."
