"Need to hire people to work in lab. They only take blood two days a week as it is and they aren't even there on those days. Fasting and traveling there for nothing.! Come on WVU for what you charge?... hire some people! Lab should be 5 days a week! Or at the most at least be there for the two days. It is a medical facility after all. Patients are severely inconvenienced by their lack of work consideration! ..."

"I am on a chemo pill and have to get my bloodwork done once a week. The lady that does the blood draw down there calls off all the time. Please get someone that is dependable to do this. Now I have to travel to get my blood drawn. "
