"I was sent to your service for Psychotherapy. The fact that I wanted Psychotherapy was on the consult from my PCM. I was told AFTER the consult that you do not provide it despite it being in your name. I just got the bill. Just like you don't provide services you advertise, I don't pay for things I don't get."
